Role Description
Administrative functions entail providing daily, weekly, and monthly status reports, and submitting approved client billing documents to the Secretary-Treasurer. Clerical functions consist of receptionist duties, processing daily phone calls, greeting office visitors, maintaining office equipment, general office tasks, maintaining meeting room schedules, and shipping coordination.
Sales/Client Services functions consist of providing support to Account Managers by creating investment summaries and contracts, tracking opportunities in Microsoft CRM, creating and completing response documents for quotes, assigning and submitting billing control documents to scheduled services prior to invoicing, maintaining contract implementation plans and tracking projects in Microsoft CRM, correspondence preparation, and various duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in the operation of office equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Microsoft CRM is a plus
- Experience in coordinating travel
- Salary commensurate with experience
