It is with great pleasure they announce the promotions of three MH&Co. team members: John Hoven, Vice President – Engineering; Leisa Beville, Senior Response Center Analyst; and Eve Steele, Marketing Manager.

John Hoven joined the MH&Co. team in 2007. He has been promoted from Director of Software Development to Vice President – Engineering. John manages development, operations, and implementation for the FastTrackGov® community development software. He assists clients through product support, collecting requirements, and maintenance. He plays a crucial role in delivering solutions that address complex problems and processes, as well as ensuring smooth transitions during upgrades to the Microsoft Dynamics platform. John is motivated by delivering products that allow clients to do their jobs easily and correctly for the people they serve.
Leisa Beville started at MH&Co. in 2008 as Response Center Analyst. As the newest Senior Response Center Analyst, Leisa’s role is to assist clients that submit requests through the MH&Co. Response Center. She prides herself in providing prompt, professional support to clients and resolving their issues as quickly as possible. Leisa always has a smile in her voice when interacting with our clients – they all love her.
Eve Steele began her career in 2017 at MH&Co. as Marketing Associate. Her role is to plan, develop, and execute all of the corporate marketing programs. This includes managing trade shows, social media, email communication, and more. As the now Marketing Manager, she juggles many tasks – if it is marketing related, she handles it. What she enjoys most about her position is sharing news with current and prospective clients, creative thinking, and variety of projects.
