As part of our commitment to connect with representatives of government municipalities, Mitchell Humphrey & Co. will be an exhibitor at the New Jersey Municipal Management Association (NJMMA) Annual Conference.
This year’s one-day conference will take place on September 5 at Princeton Marriott at Forrestal in Princeton, New Jersey.
NJMMA—allied with the International City & County Management Association (ICMA)—is an organization of professional local government administrators and assistants that exists to improve the quality of local government in the state of New Jersey. By working closely with county and state officials, NJMMA protects the interests of the municipalities and the residents they serve.
This year’s conference once again brings together municipal leaders who are eager to make connections as well as discuss strategies aimed at making permitting, inspections, land management, licensing, code enforcement, zoning, and citizen interaction easier and more efficient.
The conference will give attendees the opportunity to network with colleagues, industry experts, and exhibitors who all share the common goal of advancing municipal management and enhancing citizen-government communication.
The schedule of events features an impressive lineup of speakers who are knowledgeable about best practices, innovative strategies, and regulatory updates relevant to the industry.
We are thrilled to take part in this annual conference. It’s in this type of spirited environment where common problem areas are identified, exciting ideas are exchanged, and innovative products are introduced.
The meticulously designed FastTrackGov® (FTG) takes a more well-rounded approach to allowing municipalities to connect with their citizens on a browser-based system that’s available anytime and anywhere. Built on the powerful and flexible Microsoft framework, FTG can be integrated into a majority of already established systems. With our comprehensive suite of government software, we can give you access to tailored solutions that adhere to the strict mandates of the New Jersey UCC requirements and other state-specific regulations nationwide.
Our Senior Account Executive, Nancy Brady, will be sharing FTG as part of our NJMMA exhibit, and she’ll be glad to answer any questions about the software. In addition to allowing citizens to submit and track requests—including complaints and Public Record Requests—they can use FTG to apply, pay, renew, and schedule services online. Any type of permit, license, registration, and certificate can be filled out using FTG, and our software automatically assigns complaints and requests to the appropriate department.
Nancy can explain how FTG integrates seamlessly across all departments, making it easy for employees and citizens to exchange emails and share additional information that’s consistently updated in real-time. Government employees interested in better understanding the modern conveniences and greater efficiencies that our software offers can request a demonstration that highlights FTG’s top features and benefits.
FTG comes equipped with an easy-to-navigate portal and a dedicated support team who ensure our clients get the most out of our software.
We hope to see you at this conference! Learn more about NJMMA at https://njmma.org/.
