The Township of Barnegat has been a valued Mitchell Humphrey partner since the early 2000s, originally implementing our legacy GSS software in 2003. From the very beginning, Marge Vitale, Permit Technical Assistant, has played a vital role in the success of that implementation, providing thoughtful feedback that helped shape ongoing system enhancements. Her deep understanding of the code and how it applied to real-world workflows was an asset throughout the years.
Fast forward to today, and Marge has once again taken the lead in advancing the Township’s digital services. Under her guidance, Barnegat has successfully transitioned its Building, Zoning, Engineering, Construction Enforcement, and Land Use departments to FastTrackGov’s online services with online applications and payments.
Marge worked closely with our team from day one of the project through each module’s go-live launches. Her in-depth knowledge of the Township’s workflows and business rules was invaluable in configuring FastTrackGov to meet Barnegat’s exact needs. She consistently contributed clear, practical requirements that ensured the system worked seamlessly for staff and the community alike.
