Jim Boyd

Manager—Client Services
Jim works primarily with our Financial Management Software (FMS) clients as Manager of Client Services at Mitchell Humphrey & Co. Jim has been with the organization for over a decade and has developed a deep expertise in our solutions and how they can best align with our clients' needs. In his role, he spends his time working with clients to assist with upgrades, implement business process revisions, and use new tools as they are developed and rolled out. Jim's work is critical to understanding and improving our users' experience with our software.

Jim is passionate about helping our clients get the most out of their software investment through support, troubleshooting, and training. When he's away from work, Jim enjoys traveling, reading, sports, and fitness.
