Quality Assurance Specialist
Karen is responsible for testing new enhancements for our Financial Management Software (FMS) and Government Software Solutions (GSS) products. She works proactively to ensure that any issues with new updates aren't passed along to MH&Co. clients. She maintains our tracking system that contains the status of any necessary fixes, in addition to helping troubleshoot issues reported to our Response Center.
Karen's favorite part of her role is sending out new releases including features that make our clients' jobs easier. In her spare time, Karen enjoys going for long walks and cooking meals at home. She often retreats to her little clubhouse on the river for relaxation and fun.
