Senior Vice President – Technology
Tom is responsible for the overall technology direction, software architecture, user interface design, and software development management at MH&Co. As Senior Vice President of Technology, he helps determine which new features we add to our software and how to best incorporate client-requested enhancements. He also steps in to assist our Response Center team members with especially complex requests.
Tom is passionate about creating software features for our clients that increase satisfaction for employees and citizens. When he's away from the office, Tom enjoys photography, genealogy, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
